Chefway Cafe was founded in 2020, starting from a small food stall.
Back then, we didn’t have a fancy place. We didn’t focus on dine-in — just warm, honest food delivered to our customers. In our little kitchen, we cooked with heart, trying to bring the taste of “home” in every meal.
In 2022, we moved into our first café space. That’s when we made a big decision — to share the beauty of Sarawak’s local ingredients with more people. We upgraded our menu and started using Western cooking styles to present local flavors in new and exciting ways.
Chefway Cafe is a Fusion Restaurant. We take natural ingredients from Sarawak — like dabai (local black olive), terung Dayak (native eggplant), and torch ginger flower — and turn them into creative and refined dishes.
We offer not only dine-in and takeaway, but also buffet and catering services for:

Corporate events, and more
